About the event
Student VOICE Peace March + Rally is an intergenerational demonstration to promote peace and honor the too many lives lost due to gun violence. From students, residents, faith leaders and even local businesses—the community is demanding change. Our VOICE demands local bodies to work towards the investment in peacebuilding strategies and efforts and to move towards civic budgets and conflict resolution processes. Student VOICE Peace Rally + March starts at 10:00am and will leave from Park Manor Elementary School 7037 S Rhodes Ave Chicago, IL 60637 to complete a local 1.25 mile march, ending back at Park Manor Elementary School.
