2022 Holiday Season Gift Drive

The Grinch may have stolen Christmas from Whoville, but not The Kindness Campaign.

No child should be disappointed on the holidays, and with your help we can bring smiles to the faces of children this year.

Join The Kindness Campaign for our 7th Annual Holiday Season Gift Drive. This year, we will provide gifts to over 200 kids.  With your help, children will see their wishes become reality this holiday season.

The Kindness Campaign’s 2022 Holiday Season Gift Drive is registered online:

Amazon https://tinyurl.com/2022tkc-amazon

Target https://tinyurl.com/2022tkc-target

Walmart https://tinyurl.com/2022tkc-walmart

Gifts can be shipped directly to us or purchased and dropped off Monday – Saturday, 9am – 3pm at The Kindness Campaign 703 E 75th St Chicago, IL 60619.

We have so many ways for you to give back this holiday season:

  1. Host A Drive: You can host a coat or toy drive at your place of business, as an alternative to gifts of wine at a holiday party, or just among friends.

  2. Volunteer at our 2022 Winter Holiday Celebration (Friday, December 23rd 2pm – 8pm): Come help us pass out toys and clothes, take pictures, serve food, lead an activity or be an entertainer (balloonist, Magician, Poet, etc.).

Christopher Watts, Executive Director

2020

  • 200,000 lbs + of fresh, healthy food was shared for FREE, positively impacting the health of community; building stronger bodies while decreasing negative impacts of an unhealthy diet:  low energy, digestive discomfort, headaches and frequent colds.

  • Over 35,000 gourmet meals were served to homeless people and shelter residents through a partnership with The Chopping Block, Northwestern Memorial, McKinsey & Company and Pret A Manger.

  • 7,500+ residents felt connected to and comfortable in the Auburn Gresham, Englewood and Greater Grand Crossing communities because of experiences at showcases that promoted local culture and talent: Performing Arts, Sports and Neighborhood Beautification.

  • 15+ “at-promise, inspired young adults” continued their path to adulthood through service, education and employment in their community while developing knowledge, skills, values and motivation.
